At MegaGarden, we take great care to ensure that your plants and garden products arrive in excellent condition and on time.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or severe weather, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
All plants are packaged carefully to ensure safe transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently do not offer free shipping, as each order is packed and handled with special care to protect live plants.

Delivery and Risk

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, MegaGarden is no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit.
However, if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. MegaGarden is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
